Ideas	I believe the Republican Party can still be the party of ideas. Our core values as a party logically lead to the most common sense solutions for Arlington, Virginia and the nation. It is my desire to work with the members of ACRC to produce a positive plan for Arlington to offer an alternative to the Democrats who offer little more than higher taxes, unsustainable spending, and lax oversight. It is incumbent upon us to offer common sense transportation solutions, and first class schools that are fully accountable to students, parents, and all taxpayers. We must also demand transparency and accountability from our elected officials when it comes to spending.  And, we should continue to fight annual tax and fee increases.
Fundamentals	The purpose of party organizations is to win elections, and there are basic things you must do to win. I will work to build on our membership gains over the last year by reaching out to interested Republicans.  I will work to recruit and train new candidates for local office.  I will take a systematic approach to fundraising to give the ACRC the resources to to do more to help our candidates win.  I will work to fill all precinct captain positions and to train current precinct captains.  I will put in place a plan to identify Republican voters and turn them out on Election Day.
Technology	There are many tools for reaching a broad audience with our message and information on how to get involved with us.  So, I will take advantage of Internet-based techonology to improve our outreach.    I will work with ACRC members to produce: regular e-mail updates, a new blog to post community news and events, a facebook page, YouTube videos, and more.
